Departed February 24 and returned March 5th. 12 Takarasiennes performed at New York's Plaza Hotel on March 1, 1967 during a Gala Ball commemorating Japan Airline's inaugural around-the-world route. The 50 minute long performance included traditional Japanese dances, Malagueña, Do-Re-Mi, etc.
