- One of the key actresses of Rose of Versailles era and first unofficial Top Star of Flower Troupe; the "Four Strongest Stars of The Rose of Versailles" include her, Ootori Ran, Haruna Yuri, and Migiwa Natsuko.
- When she left Takarazuka, worked for Toho for a while and married (when she was 35 years old) and divorced someone involved with the company.
- In 1993, changed the stage name spelling to "安南 潤", but changed back after 5 years.
- In 2000 she was very ill with collagen disease, but she made a full recovery. Later, had many other health issues.
- Her and Haruna Yuri were very close friends.
- She has designed a line of jewelry.
