kai-touroku (会登録): literally, "club registry"
Within any given troupe there is a club registry — a list of all formal fan clubs. Clubs are registered when an ouenkai gains enough members to become formalized, and a daihyou is chosen.
The daihyou of the top star's club is, to some degree, in charge of all other registered clubs of the troupe. She can give commands at irimachi and demachi, and sometimes participates in the choosing of tea party dates and venues, distribution of tickets (see kaiseki), assignment of wear, etc. among other clubs.
