Director Shirasawa Yuujirou is all but married to leading lady Akebane Rena, and every time he has done a film with her in the leading role it was highly acclaimed. Shirasawa's next work will be on the life of painter Takehisa Yumeji, who embodies the romantic spirit of the Taishou Era.
Since he was young, Takehisa Yumeji was embroiled in love affairs, always searching for the woman who was meant for him. Without breaking with his determined, beautiful, older wife Tamaki, his feelings for his innocent student Hikono begin to grow.
As the shooting progresses, the boundary between Shirasawa and Yumeji begins to blur, and Shirakawa becomes swallowed by his life. What is the love that Shirasawa found before he began rendering Yumeji's life?
A stage rich in poetry by interweaving a bold love-hate drama with the world view of sweet and ephemeral lyrical paintings. This work will be the Takarazuka Bow Hall debut work by director Kurita Yuuka.
- Kurita Yuuka's Bow Hall debut work.
