Swan Castle Tale

Rufus, master of Wolf Castle, proposes marriage to Princess Clara of Swan Castle, and promises war if she refuses. Princess Clara's lover William is plain in his refusal, and the war begins. Jealous of Dudley, Master of Swan Castle, the Black Night Douglas secretly joins forces with Rufus to betray Dudley.

Stolen Wine

Uchifuji and Hyougo hear that blind men get a stipend from the government. However, the two aren't truly blind. When the master of the storehouse is away, the two smell an indescribably odor drifting out of a bottle they have been warned contains poison. Thinking it must be wine, they carry it out of the storehouse and drink it, becoming very unwell....

Mohnblumen

Set during WWI, an engagement party is taking place at the American Embassy in Tokyo between the brother of the ambassador's wife (and Hungarian count's daughter) Elisabeth and a Japanese girl. A Hungarian officer named Koltai arrives seeking protection after having escaped from Siberia. The minute his eyes and the ambassador's wife's meet, the two are drowned in unforgotten memories....
