March 2020 World of Dreams live OG events in the US!

UPDATE: Sadly, this event has been cancelled, due to concerns with the COVID-19 coronavirus. Sakiko Flower says she hopes to reschedule in June. Keep an eye out for updates.

Hello everyone~! Sakiko Flower is looking to promote her World of Dreams events to as much of the fandom (and adjacent anime/Japanophile fandoms that may be interested) as possible. Of course the more people we can get to attend, the more likely they are to return again and perform near you! (So far they've performed in Seattle, Vancouver, and Montreal.)

It would also be awesome to get an early head count and also to see how many people might be interested in (and able to afford) extra events with the OGs. So please respond below if you are pretty sure you will be attending. (I will be!)

Please pass on the word:

There will be a Takarazuka OG concert in Chicago on March 22nd (Sun) at the Chicago High School for the Arts.

There will also be some workshops with the OGs and an ochakai (tea party) on March 21st (Sat), more details to come!

The workshops and some other things will be at the Palmer House. They have agreed to provide a group rate on rooms, if you would like to stay there (more details to follow).

Tickets will be going on sale Feb. 8th (Sat.) at 9:00am., but we wanted to get the word out for people who might need to make travel plans and arrangements.

Keep an eye on the World of Dreams Tour page and here for more details as things get finalized!

Please spread the word! If you can start, please spread the word on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Discord, Instagram, and any other social media or chat platforms where you think people might be interested. Please, please, please! We'd love to see this get the attendance it deserves. There's nothing more disheartening (and ruinously expensive) for the actresses than to come all this way and then have to perform to a half-full house.

So, I'm pretty sure I will be attending, well unless, I can't figure out how to navigate Chicago. I'd definitely be interested in and willing to support any events that will be happening. So, I'll be checking for updates . :)

Gals, Guys, Beings of Fabulousness, please come join us! This is going to be so much fun. It's kind of our first Takarazuka Fan Convention in the US, if we can pull it all off.

On the theme of being convention-like, I'm thinking of doing a panel discussion either Saturday or Sunday. Would anyone be interested in being on the panel? Does anyone have anything they'd like to hear a panel discuss? Would you go to hear/see it?

Also, if you'd like to spread the word on Tumblr, but don't want to have to make your own post, you can help spread this one some more. :)
