While I'm sure quite a few people are aware of these videos already, Takarazuka recently produced a series of backstage videos, helpfully titled "The Back Stage", and they are FANTASTIC. They are really interesting looks into, well, the backstage aspect of the Revue. They are also currently being translated, so check them out here:

I'm so glad they're still being subbed, super kudos to the people who are working on subbing this because JP technical terms are hard to understand as well (and my understanding of listening JP is limited)
