Translations with MIA translators

What is the policy on translations where the translator cannot be reached (for whatever reason) to ask permission to use their translated works? And when I say MIA, I mean that one has made a conscious effort to find them, dredging through the internet trying to locate the translator, not just looked for 5 minutes and are trying to take the easy way out.

Understood. I wasn't looking for anyone specific, but thanks for offering help :).

If they can't be reached, then I would not use their work.

Who is it you are looking for? Maybe someone here can help contact them.
