    I think it's actually better to post this question separately...

    Follow-up question: Are there any big do's or don't's when it comes to sending a 'sienne a fan letter? Obviously I've tried to be as polite/respectful in my letter as I can be (despite my terrible Japanese), but any additional advice would be wonderful.

    Personally, I really wouldn't worry about it. I've seen all kinds of fan letters, from very formal to very informal. From serious love letters to silly puns or photomanips. It depends on your personality and the personality of your 'sienne, don't you think? ;)
