Could someone who has any of these programs with an "English" listing of the staff check for me and tell me if the reading for 卓 is "Taku" or "Takashi"?

I think we really might have a case of two different people...

I'm about to do the page for "Rhapsody / Time Map" (Tsukigmi 1971) and the english section lists Yamanda Takashi.

Yes, possible. We had Takus and Takashis in the 80s and 90s as well, though, so I'd like to know that as well. I suspect it's all Taku.... just because I just switched them all to Takashi to make it uniform. But I'll wait before changing them back.

It's Taku. (My program for An Improviatore / Mon Paris has the staff in English). I don't have the "Apollon" program easily accesible, but since I remember that was in English, I'm guessing it says Taku as well
