sabaki (サバキ): literally, "sell off" or "take care of"

The practice of selling tickets between fans. Occasionally someone will purchase a ticket to a performance and then be unable to attend. Takarazuka tickets cannot be cancelled, so often fans will sell such tickets to one another at or below cost. Generally it is a reliable practice, but there are no guarantees. While it differs from ticket scalping, it is still prohibited by current regulations.
