Welcome to the TakaWiki!

Hi, everybody! I'm Meg, the TakaWiki admin. My ID on the site is MerryShannon. I've been a fan of Takarazuka for a couple of years now, but I still have a lot to learn! And that's why I wanted to put this site together... There are so many people out there who know so much more than I do, and it would be great to get all this information together in one place. :)

I hope you're having fun looking around. I know the site looks complicated, but it's really pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. I hope you'll start contributing information of your own when you can.

If you have trouble with any part of the site or notice something that you think ought to be added, but you don't have access to edit that page, please hop over to the Suggestion Box forum and let us know!

> *snickers* Yes, I think this company is brilliant for figuring out how to get women everywhere to drop more cash than they'd normally spend in a week in just a few minutes on their superbly addicting androgynously sexy ridiculously sparkly crack... :P

  • grin* Yep, this site is a testament to our devotion! Not to mention the credit card bills....

> I like how you used "invest". XD I can see myself spending my money on this and ending up as a poor old woman living under a bridge, with only my magazines and DVDs around me to comfort me. Yay, Takarazuka~

~blushes furiously and desperately pretends not to notice the applause and the yaying~

> I've been a fan for about four to five years but only really invested heavily into Takarazuka in the last three years :D I owe a lot to Takarazuka (or rather a lot of money FOR the Takarazuka) but it has all been worth it XD

I like how you used "invest". XD I can see myself spending my money on this and ending up as a poor old woman living under a bridge, with only my magazines and DVDs around me to comfort me. Yay, Takarazuka~

> Thanks to Meg for creating this piece of ingenuity for all of us to share our love and despair of the this theatre company LOL

I second that~! :)
I add my Yay! to the round of applause for bunretsu ^^

My online alias for years has been Aya for various fandoms and cosplay and I stuck by it here to make things simpler but you can find me as ariaflight on Live Journal :)

> At the moment I'm particularly interested in Takarazuka's history, the musumeyaku, the Music School, and Moon Troupe. Oh, and translating articles and whatnot. I imagine those are the areas I'll be mostly contributing in. =)

Yay for your fabulous translating skills! :D
Hello~! I'm Mo, also a member of the Takarazuka LJ-gumi. XD I like to pretend that Takarazuka fangirling is important academic work and take it very seriously (haha). But honestly, Takarazuka is probably the only reason my Japanese skills have NOT degenerated to nothing, so it really is helping me. =P

And how grateful I am for your impressive scanning skills!! -grin-

My name is Lucia, and I'm a Takarazukaholic. Ahem.

Anyone who's reading the TakaWiki in such early days is probably already conversant with my LiveJournal, in which I babble and squee with depressing regularity about whichever short yet stupendously talented Japanese woman has most lately captured my heart.

I've only been a fan for a year this month. But what I lack in knowledge I make up for in enthusiasm and the ability to operate a scanner for hours at a time! ;)
