    omgosh, i could absolutely cry. from august 9th(now) to october 30th Sena Jun and Asami Hikaru are both playing Elisabeth on alternating nights(somehow i missed this?!?) and although its not with Takarazuka, i would kill to see them!!! Komu is the center of my takalife, and Sena Jun is amazing and adorable...WHY DO I LIVE IN THE US?? waah this is killing me.

    if anyone could help me, my japanese reading skills are fairly awful, and i was wondering if Toho will be putting out a dvd of the performance, or a cd? http://www.tohostage.com/elisabeth/index.html thank you so much for any help.

    No DVDs, but I'd say there's a fifty-fifty chance of CDs - they already released three soundtracks from Elisabeth, and this time they have a new popular Death (Shirota Yuu) and two popular Elisabeths.

    To the best of my knowledge, Toho doesn't put out many DVDs of its big performances, although they do at times release CDs (http://www.toho-re.co.jp/musicalcd/). However, having already released three Elisabeth soundtracks in the past, and not having released any for last year's production of Elisabeth, I'm not sure if they will for this year's....
