That is very strange. Are you searching in English or Japanese? If you google "Jun Sena" (in Romaji), her official web site is the 2nd or 3rd site that pops up. But you can also go to her page here on the TakaWiki and scroll down to the links section, it's listed there as well.

Hanafusa Mari, so far as I know, doesn't have a web site or public blog. She slipped out of the limelight almost completely when she decided to be Wao's manager, and even her few stage appearances since her graduation have been mainly as backing to Wao.

Strange that http://www.takarazuka-og.com/ doesn't work for you, though. Maybe it's blocked somehow by your browser?

when I try Takarazuka-OG.com I get a message that I do not have permission to access the server.
And zukablog.seesa.net gives me a webpage for maid service.....

That's pretty much it, for OG fanclubs - almost all of the major stars that still have FCs will say so on their public websites or blogs. Most of the recent top stars that I can think of have all this information on their websites, and a few of them (I'm thinking of Haruno Sumire and Sena Jun) explicitly welcome foreign members at an additional charge. There's another large contingent that no longer maintain formal fanclubs but still have free mailing lists, again listed on their websites or blogs. (Usually, this will be on a sidebar about where to email to get yourself on the list.)
Takarazuka-OG.com and zukablog.seesa.net both maintain lists of OG websites and blogs.

There's a couple people I'm thinking of who still have some sort of semi-organized presence that's entirely offline, but obviously if you want to do that, then you'd have to get yourself to demachi in person and talk to someone who looks like they know what they're doing, or talk to a former member of their formal club. If you ask around there's a lot of foreigners these days who used to be in so-and-so's club and can tell you if there's anything going on. (Some of them will no longer accept new members, some of them will.)
