    I watched the video on Youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZYA5zST5V20 and I adored. But I do not know what Takarazuka is from the only indication is:

    "1.Opening
    Star and Cosmos Troupe Troupe "

    It does not help me much ... Can you tell me how I get the DVD of the Takarazuka?

    The "Rose of Versailles Memorandum" was performed on September 1st, 2001. There's a digest of it available on disc 2 of the Hoshigumi 2001 version, but the full version of the Memorandum was never sold commercially, that I know of. Actually, someone is trying to sell a used copy of that Hoshigumi DVD on the Takarazuka Livejournal Community, here.
