Okay here is the thing
I watched Trafalgar/funky sunshine LIVE
at the Funky Sunshine there was that young Otokoyaku, who was left alone on stage, walked the bridge and sang a solo song, in PERFECT English, and her voice was also stunning!
unfortunately when i was in Tokyo the play was sold out so I managed only a day ticket and I was seating at the far end of the balcony, and i couldn't make up her face. If I remember correctly she was wearing white.(I'm not sure anymore though)

SO anyone who have bought the DVD of the play, can you please check on the booklet and tell me her name???
I wanna know more about her!!

thank you in advance

she was Excellent as Hamilton
When Hamilton slapped Ema, a lady in front of me sobbed so hard T_T and there were a lot of OOOHs when he did.
I had never imagined that a live performance even from the last row of the balcony would be THAT much greater than one in a DVD!!

I'm really tempted to buy The Second life, I have seen some vids on you tube of that play and she is incredible funny AND great and I love that piano solo

I didn't see the show live, but I did watch it on DVD. Both the play and the revue half ended up being very good for Micchan (Hokushou Kairi's nickname). Hamilton is one of my favorite roles for her, as it's a lot different than her usual white-hat kind of characters.

And yes, she's consistently had an excellent voice :) You should check out the 2004 TCA Special, where she gets a wonderful solo. Of the shows that have been released on VHS or DVD, I would particularly recommend any of her shinjinkouen leads, A/L, and Paradise Prince/Dancing For You.

I'm pretty sure you're talking about Hokushou Kairi, who is the sanbante (third from the top) of Cosmos Troupe. I'm quite a big fan myself, to say the least Okay here is the thing
