Esprit Hall (エスプリホール):

Located on the third floor of the Grand Theater, Esprit Hall is used for a variety of events such as Sky Stage filmings, special talk shows, etc. The hall can be divided into two halves, and each half is often rented out on weekends by fan clubs to hold tea parties.
