Nice! I even forget Sou is going back to Flower...........

For Oto-san, I think they have good reason to push her.......However, I think she may get Elmer's role instead of Rudolfe........For Rudolfe, it's probably either Kimu or Ouki Kaname

By the way, I would like to see Tom in Franz Joseph role.

Yay! It’s one of my favourite „games“ to think about possible casts for popular shows, but it is much more fun when the show really is on schedule!
Especially when it’s Yukigumi! Yukigumi is my favourite troupe, so I know it best and we had a lot of fun thinking about different possibilities. My friend and I discussed it last night, and here’s what came up:

TOD – Mizu
As Hankyu has announced her to play the main part, there is no way that they would put Tom into this production.

ELISABETH – Tono Asuka or Shirahane Yuri
My dream would be to transfer Shirahane Yuri from Hoshigumi to Yukigumi, because currently she is the only one I trust to be good enough in singing and acting to cope with the demanding role of Elisabeth. It wouldn’t be the first time to move a current top.
Otherwise it’s Tono Asuka’s turn to become top, I don’t see any other reason in putting her into Senka. But I would prefer to see her paired with Toko in Hoshigumi. They make a nice couple, as they have proved in Copacabana.
When they will choose somebody from inside Yukigumi, there is Yamashina Ai and Amase Izuru, but both wouldn’t be my choice…

FRANZ JOSEF – Yumiko
Without some more kumi-transfers, there is no other choice. Sou will move to Hanagumi, and Tom is still too popular as that they will put her in second. Mirai Yuki definitely has the voice, and I would love to hear her in that role, but her position hasn’t been one in the line to top until now, and I don’t expect her ever to be.

LUCHENI – Otozuki Kei
(same reasons as FRANZ JOSEF)

RUDOLF – Ayana Oto
They are pushing her, so although there are some others like Oki Kaname to play that part, I think Ayana Oto will be the choice.

SOPHIE – Miho Keiko
She is the strongest onnayaku in Yukigumi, so when they won’t put someone from Senka in, I am sure she will be Sophie. What a pity that Izumo Aya will become Tsukigumi’s kumicho before. I would have loved to see her in that role again!

ELEMER & CO – Mirai Yuki, Oki Kaname, Ozuki Toma,…

GRUENNE & CO – Asuka Yu or Senka

LIECHTENSTEIN SZTARAY WINDISCH MME WOLF – Yurika Shiho, Amase Izuru, Yamashina Ai, Maisaki Rin, Haruka Midori, Daigo Seshiru
There are only a few female roles, so they have the choice between many. It’s difficult to say, who will be the ones…

MAX – Asuka Yu or Senka

LUDOVIKA – Akari Nami or Senka

YOUNG RUDOLF – Yamashina Ai?
She is one of the shortest in Yukigumi, so she isn’t unlikely to be chosen to play the child…

I tried to expect as few kumi-changes as possible, although I think the possibility of some Senka-members attending Elisabeth is very likely, because of the lack of “older than the top”-otokoyaku. And as the kumi-changes have only be announced until the end of 2006, and Yukigumi won’t start before May 2007, there is still time for some mixing up, and that may change everything.

Just my thoughts…

I agree on the Yumiko/Rudolf point with you, as I said it's now 3:40 am and maybe my mind is a little slower than usual ;)
And I watched too much Yumiko!Rudolf this evening.

I don't think she will be Rudolf again, since Takako became the Emperor in the Cosmo production while she was Elmer and Rudolf in the first Snow Production

I agree that Yumiko (Ayabuki Mao) will probably be Franz Joseph, although I'd prefer to see her try Lucheni, as its more of a stretch. I haven't seen her do that kind of snide/crazy/funny role before, but she constantly impresses me with her versatility as an actress.

That's a strong argument :)

Now I'm amused :)
I'm not able to sleep (it's 3 am in Germany atm) and lay awake asking myself the same question and most of my suppositions are similar to yours.
Concerning Elisabeth, I don't have any clue, but Toono Asuka seems to be plausible.
Yumiko either as Franz or Rudolf, both would be fine, I loved her Rudolph, but I also love the role of Franz, and her voice is exactly what I imagine Franz to sound like.
And when I thought about Rudolf, Kimu was the first actress to come to my mind.


But maybe there will be some surprises, noone knows...
And I just had to think of Komu who played Rudolf 7 years after her debut, so I think we can be curious. I certainly am.
