Senka Status Clarification

Several questions about Senka status. Do actresses request Senka status or are they essentially offered a transfer to Senka and must take it or leave it? Are Senka actresses allowed to marry, unlike the under-graduates? What is the criteria for how long they stay in Senka? The actresses decide? The Company decides? This question is for your crystal ball. What is the chance one of my favorites Kairi will have frequent substantial roles, and continuing appearances such as Tom, or will she more likely have small roles and relatively infrequent appearances?

Er, yeah. Micchan going to Senka was like "NANI?" for me, majorly. I hope she still gets good roles too - I love her voice. :]

Most of your questions I unfortunately have no idea the answers to, as the company is pretty secretive about how contract negotiations work. I *can* tell you though that there isn't an exception for Senka members around marriage.

As for Hokushou Kairi, she seems to be in a unique position. The company stopped the Shin Senka system (i.e. sending younger stars there) a while back, and Hokushou is certainly not of the typical Senka age. That being said, as a fan of hers I'm glad it looks like she's sticking with the revue a little while longer!
