After a year teaching dance in Australia, she opened Mariya Ballet Studio in March 2014. It is located in the international area of Roppongi and specially advertised as friendly to Spanish, French, and English speakers.

• Member of the 6th group of Sky Fairies.

• Lived in Spain for over seven years due to her father's work. This made TMS especially difficult for her, as she acknowledged in her farewell speech: "I, Japanese in appearance but a foreigner within, would never have survived the strictness of those two years without my classmates." Thanks to a grandmother who kept sending her videos, she grew into a huge Takarazuka fan, and took ballet classes in Europe to qualify upon returning to Japan.
